“Threads of Pride” Ben Millet featured in DSM magazine

Ben Millet is featured in DSM magazine’s May/June Issue, and in the Inclusion 2025 issue.

Millet creates queer themed quilts and clothing in his space at Mainframe Studios. His work explores “color theory, art history, traditional crafts, social justice, gender politics and more”. The Des Moines Art Center’s 2025 Iowa Artist Exhibition will include work from Millet.

“Spinning into Control” by Millet made the cover of DSM magazine’s Inclusion 2025 issue. This issue explores how DEI is “more than just a buzzword, but a collection of lived experiences, perspectives, and stories that make up the fabric and texture of life in Central Iowa”.
