A WHOLE NEW MEANING TO ARTS AND CULTURE
It all begins with an idea! Maybe you want to launch your dance studio. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you need a space to host a school workshop. Whatever it is, Studio 108 is available for hourly/daily rentals at Mainframe Studios!
Each booking is $25/hour, with a minimum time requirement of 2-hours. Booking requests must be submitted 2 weeks ahead of time at the latest. Any and all access to the studio will be limited to the times of each booking.

Studio 108 comes in at 2,618 sq ft, with double doors, transom windows, large mirrors, and wood floors.

Studio 108 is most suited for movement classes, dance, music, art, theater, workshops, or classes. Reach out to the Operations Coordinator for any specific questions on eligible space uses!
Tenants have the right to quiet enjoyment as defined in their lease. To manage sound disturbances classes with music or dancing must take place after 6pm Monday - Friday.
Mainframe Studios’ vision, mission, and values are considered when accepting and denying Studio 108 rental requests.

Saturday - Sunday // 10am-11pm Tenants & Outside Groups
Studio 108 is unavailable the First Friday of every month for Community Programming.
Building Hours are 10am-4pm Tuesday-Saturday
*Dance classes: 6pm-10pm to mitigate sound disturbances for tenants.
