May’s First Friday: THE ENVIRONMENT

Join us at Mainframe Studios on May 2, 2025, from 5–8 PM for First Friday! This month’s event features THE ENVIRONMENT, a special exhibition curated by Diane Kunzler, exploring humankind’s relationship with nature—how we interact with, impact, and reimagine the world around us.

Diane Kunzler is an Iowa-based artist, teacher, and business owner, is known for her oil paintings and pastel drawings that capture nature’s subtle nuances. Through this exhibition, she invites viewers to reflect on our connections with the environment and the lasting effects of our choices.

In addition, First Friday guests can enjoy open artist studios, live music, delicious food and drinks, and entertainment across all five floors of the building. With expanded overflow parking and free shuttle service, getting here is easy and convenient.
