Whether with chisel, cast shadow, sprayed ink, or the towline of a kite, my practice examines the intersections of projection, place, and materiality to question axioms of architectural imagination. I read the “expanded field” between architecture, sculpture, and landscape as situating proto-architectural aesthetic practices in an implicitly cyclical cosmology of disassembly and assembly, and of the nomadic and the situated.

Ashley Mary is a multi-disciplinary artist, designer, and muralist recently relocated from Minneapolis with an MA in Graphic/Web Design from MCAD. Ashley's creative practice expands from her studio work in mixed-mediums with a primary focus on acrylics, paper collage, and stained glass to commercial work in product and /illustrative design, as well as mural installations nationwide. Her abstract work explores the inner movement of our complex feelings as well as outer delights, finding ways to express simple pleasures in simple form, bold colors, playful patterns, and thick textures.

As an art teacher, Pamela finds joy in sharing her expertise with adult students, guiding them to discover their own artistic voice. While Pam's primary medium is pastels, she is not confined by its boundaries. Her curiosity drives her to dabble in other art forms and experiment with various mediums, pushing the boundaries of her creativity. This adventurous spirit is reflected in the versatility and dynamic nature of her art. One of Pam's compelling artistic pursuits lies in exploring the psychological use and properties of color. She believes that colors have a profound impact on emotions and can convey a myriad of meanings.
